This card was created for The Cats Pajamas color challenge hosted by Toni Armstrong . The challenge was to use yellow, black, hot pink & white (TCP signature colors). I stamped the cowgirl kittie with Black Brilliance ink, then colored with copics. The image was matted mutliple times, then trimmed with pinking shears. I added a clear rhinestone for the cat's belt buckle and more rhinestones around the sentiment.
This ribbon has been sitting in my stash for ages. I'm so glad I got to use it on this project... the colors were perfect! I made a little tag with a black embossed cowgirl boot - it's attached with a safety pin. For more info on the stamps take a peek at The Cats Pajamas.
