MFTeasers

I wanted to post a few teasers to get everyone excited for the My Favorite Things release party on Wednesday. There are 3 new sets being released... 2 full size sets and one mini. The first card was made with the Serenity Now mini set. I mounted the image on a die cut mat paper from K&Company.

The second image was created for todays SCS challenge... to make a cootie catcher candy dish. I haven't done this folding technique in about 30 years!! I colored the rabbit with prisma pencils - isn't he the cutest??? He's from the new Easter set.

These sweet little chicks are also from the Easter set. I kept this card prett simple, with only one pattern of designer paper and some doodles. A bit unusual for me! I did tie a fancy ribbon to finish it off though.

Another simple card from the Serenity Now set. I have a hard time making a Yoga inspired card filled with all my extra embellishments. Yoga=simplicity! This one features a cuttlebugged background and some pretty reversible satin ribbons. The main image was colored with copics.

The last project is a bookmark made with the chicks from the Easter set. I love the way they look like Rockettes when stamped in a row like this! I applied liquid applique to give them some dimension, then colored them with Copics. I added lots of ribbon for the top and a sentiment from amuse.

If you haven't had a chance to yet, take a peek at my ATC Swap that I posted yesterday. The swap is an ATC sketch challenge due March 1. Based on the participants, it looks like it's gonna be fantastic!

HI: I was wondering if you knew where I could find a tutorial for the cute candy catcher.
