MFT Blog Hoppin' Hooga Booga Style

Hooga Booga... anyone know what it means?? Besides the cutest little monster set that I've ever laid eyes on? I fell hard for these little guys as soon as I opened up the package from MFT and knew they would quickly become one of my favorites!

If you're just joining the hop here on my blog, then you may want to take a jump over to Kim's blog so you can see the fantstic blog hop from start to finish. I'm sure there will be plenty of amazing and wonderful projects and cards made with this month's new releases!

The card above was made for the SCS challenge on Monday this week. I made the envelope out of Scenic Route paper, then paper pieced the cute little monster(s) using the scraps.

The second card was made with lots of paper scraps that were hangin' out on my table. The dotted bottom layer is left over from the project above, and all the flower and striped papers were scraps that I just cut down a little bit to make fit. The rubber "smile" embellishement was an after-thought but it happened to match the Imaginisce paper perfectly!

Since I have yet to pick the winners of my RAK giveaway from Saturday I figure I'll add another RAK to the cards going out in the mail this week..... I'll choose a random comment left on this post and the winner will receive the second card posted... the "smile" one. So just leave a comment and you'll entered to win (just make sure I can get ahold of you with either an email address or SCS screen name!)

Now to send you on to the next blog.... Take a peek at what Belinda has in store for you! Enjoy the hop!
