Today's color challenge on SCS was Chocolate, Pink Passion and Kiwi (or Olive). I ended up with lots of scraps on my desk so I kept making stuff until it cleared out - lol!
I always have lots of fun making round cards. It's a bit of a challenge to get the layout just right, but it's always worth it! I like to use scalloped circle cardbases that I bought at a Rubber Stamping fair that I went to last year. I *think* they are from The Paper Cut, but when I looked on their website I didn't see them anywhere?!? I guess I'll have to keep looking because I'm almost out!
This card was also made for the Flourishes challenge (to use Spellbinder dies). I used a large rectangle and trimmed the sides and corners so it fit on the round cardfront.
The second card uses one of the new sets being released tomorrow from My Favorite Things. I cut the main image down with a spellbinder die so you only see a portion, then matted it on bright pink scalloped based. I cut smaller ovals the same way and stamped the little chickies on it. I like how this layout turned out!
The third card was thrown together with scaps that were lurking around my desk. I colored the grungeboard flourish a couple of weeks ago for a color challenge and never used it. The flower was cut in half and buttons were added for the flower centers. I added a "sending you smiles" sentiment from the new MFT Hooga Booga set.
Which one is your favorite?

Wow, all three cards are amazing! You are so talented! It's hard to pick a favorite, but the last card just makes me smile, it's such a cheery one! Thank you for sharing!
