This card was made for color challenge SC170 on Splitcoast. I wanted a shabbier look than the colors made, so I used lots of distress ink in Brushed Corduroy to shade it. On my last visit to my lss I picked up this really cool ink blending foam to put on the end of the distressing tool from Ranger - they make blending the edges a breeze!
The closeup shows the Pearlescent paints, these are so easy to use and really show up nicely on dark colors. I've been having alot of fun with them!
Thanks for looking!

This is gorgeous!!
I have to visit Rangers site. I love the look of inking the edges but would like an easier way to do the work.
Love the card.

Love the color combo and use of dots in this card. Another winner.
Love your card! What kind of paints are those? Can you tell us who makes them? Thanks!
