I used a package of big Prima flowers in white for the decoration on the front cover. The hunted around for a paper that would look good with the book colors and found We R Memory Keepers "White Out" paper line. It was girly enough for my daughter's book yet matched the base project really well.
See the cool binding I assembled with wire, beads and waxed linen.
I included 5 sheets of notbook paper on 3 of the album sheets for a total of 15 extra sheets of journaling paper.
Added little pockets to hold stuff.... pictures, mementos, concert ticket stubs... lots of things that teenage girls collect and hold on to.
There are lots of pages for photos as well. I added little scap tabs for her to journal on.
Isn't this a cool project??? It was a ton of fun and I just loved how it turned out. It's gonna be Sierra's summer memory book so hopefully she'll have fun filling it up.

This is so AWESOME I love it!! I think I may make one of these for my niece for her birthday. She will be 9. TFS!
Beautiful book! I'm a member of Club Scrap's monthly kits (have been for 6 years) and they are AWESOME!!! I made that same wired book the day my kit arrived (it was part of the monthly kit last summer) and it was so much fun!
What a fabulous project ... I'm sure she will treasure it for years to come.
