Trees A Crowd Caardvarks Challenge

I've always been a HUGE fan of the Caardvarks Challenge blog.... heading over there whenever I wanted that extra little creative push since there is always a fun challenge to do with fantastic prizes to win!! So when I was asked to be on their design team and create samples for their challenges I was TOTALLY excited!!

The current Caardvarks Challenge is to create a *NEW* tree-themed card and link it to the Caardvarks Mr. Linky widget by April 3o. Below are my sample cards with supply details:

Brighten My Day
Stamps: Tree (Purple Onion Designs), Sentiment (American Art Stamp)
Ink: Black Memento
Paper: Kraft cardstock (Papertreyink), K&Company "Mira", Teal (Stampin' Up)
Accessories: Satin Ribbon, Hodgepodge Hardware (SU), White Gel Pen, Rhinestones (Kaiser)

Merry Christmas
Stamps: Loads of Love (Stampin' Up)
Paper: Basic Grey "Bittersweet Vanilla Fudge", Pink & Vanilla (papertreyink), Bordering Blue (SU)
Ink: Brown Memento
Accessories: Dazzling Diamonds glitter (SU), Dotted Ribbon (papertreyink), Scalloped Punch (Fiskars), Felt Snowflake (SU), rhinestone brad, white gel pen, scor-pal

Happy Thoughts
Paper: Acrylic (My Minds Eye), Vanilla

Look at the really cool prize.... a new stamp set from Taylored Expressions. I just love the tree image, and also the easy to use sentiments. Don't forget to check out the challenge at Caardvarks for a chance to win this prize.

Thanks for looking.

Great colors on all of these, like the band idea on the second card and the buttons are just too cute for the leaves on the 3rd card!
