Chocolate Snowflakes Continued...

I gathered up the scraps on my desk to do another chocolate snowflake themed card. I again used the Scenic Route paper and combined it with a stamp set from American Art Stamp. I added pink into the mix today for a neopolitan look... I always loved this ice cream as a kid (who am I kidding... I still do) because you get THREE flavors in a carton instead of just one! So that's like 3x as yummy.

The image was stamped with brown memento and colored with pink and tan colored copics because I didn't want any additional color on this card - maybe 'cause I went a little over the top on embellishments?? I found some decorative brads that have been in my stash for years and used one for the center of the snowflake. I added glitter to the flake itself with a broke glue pen and dazzling diamonds. The glue pen is broken so it doesn't go on very good... hence the mess in the closeup! I adhered the rhinestone with my hotfix applicator.
Don't forget about my blog candy giveaway posted yesterday...

I love your card! I have looked at these images for a while, but have never actually done the purchase thing. I have window shopped on many occasions. This card and these this image took me over the top. I just finished placing my order and I must say that visiting you today cost me a bundle. But I am anxious to get the new stamps in hand!
