I just got done making my favorite iced mocha drink.... it's really spoiled me from buying them because I honestly can't find one at a coffee shop that I like more than the one I make at home. I thought I'd share:
Michelle's Coconut Iced Mocha
I have an expresso machine, so first I brew 1 serving of expresso. I mix in 1 packet of splenda and a heaping teaspoon of unsweetened baking cocoa into the hot expresso and stir until disolved. Fill a pint glass with ice cubes (I use 6). Pour the expresso over the ice, add about a tablespoon of Coffee Mate Coconut flavored creamer, then fill to the top of glass with skim milk.
I drink 2 of these a day... one caffinated in the morning and a decaf when I come home from work... it's my chocolate treat to myself!

I am one of those rare people who doesn't drink coffee - I used to drink moslt soda but have gotten away from that so other than water I have a cup of hot tea a couple times a day - red rose or tetly british blend combined with stash chai in a big cup...
I don't drink coffee so my favorite drink is hot chocolate. I make my own mix and it's super rich and creamy. I drink it only in the winter time, though, and I especially love it with a fresh biscotti from a local bakery here in Pittsburgh.

Get out!! I drink an iced coconut mocha every afternoon! But I don't make mine from scratch. I cheat. ;) I buy a box of Int'l Delights On the Go cafe mocha mix (on the box it says no sugar added!)and make the iced version and squirt in some Torani coconut syrup. I love that coconut creamer, too! I use that in my hot coffee. Cool! And can you not wait to make Taylor's coconut cupcake recipe?? Mmmm!
