Popcorn and a Movie

Over Christmas I saw little boxes designed to hold DVD cases for a quick and easy gift wrap. I decided to give it a whirl and see if I could come up with an easy pattern for a similar box. This box uses 2 sheets fo 8.5 x 11 paper and some designer paper from K&Company.
I embellished the box with a wooden star, which I covered with gold metallic pant from Ranger, then added stickles around on the sides for a little added bling. The chipboard is from K&Company, and the alphabet is from Stampin' Up.

I thought this would be a cute gift to put in a basket with a matching card. It would make a great get well gift or birthday present. Plus the possibilities are endless for decoration... make it girly, sofisticated, child friendly, or better yet.... MANLY! DVD's are the perfect gift for a guy!

Let me know what you think and if you would be interested in a tutorial on the DVD holder, popcorn envelope or both! If there is enough interest I'll post a tutorial soon. Thanks for reading!
