Cool Little Boxes

I just love these boxes that are featured on today's SCS Challenge. They are called 2-5-7-10 boxes (because of where they're scored) and they are EASY to make!
-
The first one is made with K&Company double sided designer cardstock, and I mixed it with Purely Pomegranate (love that combo) for a little "kick". All the stampin on this box is done with gold EP, and the chipboard star was covered with gold glitter. I attach adhesive velcro to my boxes to keep the top down - it works like a charm!
-
The second box was made with some K&Company Girl Scout paper I picked up and haven't used for a single thing - I love this shade of green but it's so hard to work with! I used the shower set from My Favorite Things for this little shower favor card.
-
Thanks for looking - and let me know which like the best!

These are adorbable! I love both of them. I have wanted to try these and now I have a reason, running to SCS . . .

The colors in both are gorgeous and your tiny details are perfect.

I like the Christmas box, but I LOVE the shower box! They are both so darling. I just really like that shower lady under the umbrella so much. ;)

I loved viewing your work on the dirty dozen but I missed you on your blog. Glad you're back! I love the pomegranate box. Somehow, you saying that they are easy doesn't fill me with confidence because I have an idea that our opinions of easy are radically different. However, off to SCS for directions and I'll try...

Could these boxes be any more adorable? I love the pomegranate cut a little larger for the flap...clever and also the velcro. I know when I made some of these for my grandkids, before I could help the 3 year old untie the ribbon it was ripped off. I love your idea of velcro and will definitely use it next time!! The sparkle really ses it off.

These are both incredibly adorable!!! Love them!! Everyone says these are so easy ~~ I must be easily confused because I looked at the instructions & was a bit bewildered!! But I do love yours ~~ maybe it will give me the push I need to actually try one!

Love everything about both of these. Placing the star on the flap as a tree topper is a great part of the design and the umbrella fit in the circle of the other one is equally imaginative. The colors and papers of both are divine!

Michelle, I have long admired your cards. I am so glad you are posting again. Where are the boxes from. Since seeing your boxes I would like to make them but cannot find the templates around our area. Thanks for the information.
