Plum again

I had this little ladybug from Papertrey's Little Lady set all stamped and sitting on my desk waiting to be used! It took alot of fiddling with colors before I was happy with this one! I don't think I would ever have though of putting pale plum and rose red together - but I really like the outcome!
-
The large stamped flourish came from my new Pollen Dust set from Eclectic Paperie - what an awesome set!!! I inked it up with Black versafine and it stamped just beautifully. The dotted frame on the rose red paper is also from this set - there are so many stamps in it and they are all cool & whimsical looking!
-
I edged the layers in black again - I'm really lovin' black paper right now... it gives every design a little drama.
-
Let me know what you think of this color combo.... a thumbs up or a thumbs down?? Sometimes I do get a little carried away with my combinations... so I'd really like to know.

I'm going to be honest-these two colors together don't quite click for me. I do like what you are doing with the black though, and love the ladybug!

I'd give it a thumbs up, too... The red really pops against the pale plum. :)

Yep, it's a keeper. I can say that because I recently used it myself on a Bella card. I debated, hemmed and hawed, but I decided I liked it. I like how you used it with the ladybug. Very nice!
