Monochromatic Garden

I had started this card intending to write up a tutuorial on how to make the ribbon butterfly. I even took one picture of how to tie the ribbon, but then I realized it just didn't look as good with the ribbon I was using, so I scrapped the project and grabbed my favorite ribbon for the butterflies and promptly forgot about doin the tutorial as I got all caught up in making this card! Wow is that a run on sentence or what??

I love the dreamy look to the aqua and light green on this card... this seems to be my favorite coloration these days! I used some paper from the K&Company designer matte pack (yes again) and combined it with Cool Caribbean, Certainly Celery, and Always Artichoke. The flowers were stamped on the dotted turquoise paper from the Petals & Paisley paper pack in the SU Spring Mini. This card measures a whopping 5"x7"!

Love your card, and would love a tutorial on the ribbon butterfly!

I'm picking pale plum too, but not for the same reasons as everyone else. I don't care for the color, but I have cardstock (because it comes in the pack) and never know what to do with it. Please help!

Pretty card! How about pale plum?

I have to say Pale Plum. ecently I have been using this color more than ever before. Strange how a color just seems to creep into your projects and then fade back out after a while.
