Basic Grey Rub-ons!

This card was so easy to make!! I used a textured matchbook style card from DCWV - AC Moore had these on sale last week, so I bought a few different colors - I really love this pink though! The images on the card are Black Flower rub-ons from Basic Grey! I put 2 flowers and 2 swirls on the card and used my SU markers to color them in. The Heartfelt Thanks sentiment is from Papertreyink.com - it seems that I am reaching for their stamps about 90% of the time these days! I just ordered the newest one too... so that should be here in a few days - can't wait!! Anyways.... to finish the card details. I used black cardstock to cover the scalloped end of the card, then added some white gel pen doodles. The ribbon is threaded though the 2 layers to tie the card together. It was so easy and quick to make this card. I guess I could call it a one layer one again!

More News.... If you're a member of SCS Fan Club and checked the Dirty Dozen Gallery then you already know my good news... I'm now one of the Dirty Dozen!!! I can't tell you how excited I was when Julie asked me to join the SCS design team - what a dream come true!! If you're not a SCS Fan Club member you can check out the details HERE. So that is why I've been a little scattered the last few weeks - getting ready for the debut!

Blog candy winner will be posted later today along with the results on which card was most popular. Our power if off from the storm that hit the northeast yesterday, so I have to limit my time online.... at least that gives me more stamping time!!
