We came home yesterday to find one of our pet goats had passed away.

Carmella was the sweetest goat! We named her after carmel cream candy because she was half brown and half white. She would listen for the house door to close and would mmmmmaaaaaaa in greeting until one of us would go and say hi and give her a little treat. She belonged to my 10 year old daughter, Marina.

I was raised on a farm I know how sad it is, it's kinda like losing a member of the family =(

Sorry to hear about Carmella; she was very pretty! I grew up on a small farm up in Oregon and know how upsetting that can be - you really can get attached to those critters. Hang in there.

Oh that is so sad. I am a complete animal lover of all types of animals and anything animal that we have or my grown up kids own are members of our family. My thoughts are with you and your family, especially your daughter. She was a beauiful goat. Loved the colors and the name was perfect.
