I just love pink and green together!! This is a little more subdued than my retro flowers card from a few days ago!

I used the SU hostess set Springtime Stems for this one... first stamped the background colors for the flowers in coral and rose ink. I then embossed the large flowers with gold ep, and stamped someof the tulips with brown ink. The stems were done with old olive in.

I punched a Mega sized scalloped circle, distressed the edges, and embossed the harmony stamp with gold ep. Eyelets were punched in the sides and I threaded an polka dot organdy ribbon through the holes and wrapped it around. This layer is mounted on old olive.

I had some friends over for stamping time at the store today... did we have a great time!! We worked on coaster cards similar to my Basic Grey card I made last week. The card is posted in my Splitcoast Stampers Gallery . I had to make a quick trip tot he hardware store for some more hinges - luckily I found some with holes small enough for brads. I also glue my hinges to both the card an the coaster to make sure it doesn't move. I found some superglue with a little bush.... it looks almost like a nail polish container. This worked perfect of brushing on the hinge!

Adorable! I love the colours you chose and I think the "harmony" symbol on the scalloped circle adds such a nice touch.
I love how you used the scallop punch! Awesome card!
Very nice. I finally got a scalloped punch and am looking forward to using it ... I'll pop in again and again to peek at your inspiring works.
You have such an amazing way of seeing unique combinations. I NEVER would have thought of it. You always make things look soooo good!
these are my favorite colors...i love green and pink together!
Very nice! I love the scallop punches although I don't have one yet it's definately on my want list. I love your choice of colors and adding the "asian" words to the scalloped circle adds just the right finishing touch to this card.
