Created for a split coast color challenge - I used the painted pearl technique with pearlex and future floor wax (who ever thought that up??) to color in the main candle/envelope images. I like the dangling charms with Happy Birthday, "It's a Party", and the painted prima - all are attached to a buckle from the stampin up hardware tin.
